    Job description

    Supports Revenue Cycle Management to ensure the integrity of the supporting systems are functioning as expected. Monitors and assesses important control points to ensure that systems, workflows, processes and people are functioning appropriately. Responsibilities include all aspects of Revenue Cycle system support including performance improvement as well as work on special projects as needed.

    Acts as a System Coordinator being responsible for ensuring that the Huron tools are utilized to best maintain and improve performance and used effectively. Facilitates the development of requests and keeps the organization apprised of any changes impacting the Huron Healthcare tools. Requests are reviewed in the test system to ensure any changes are accurate before approving and moving into production.

    Acts as the Business Owner of both TRAC and ONTRAC and serves as a liaison with client executives and process owners for the Systems Coordinator and Huron Healthcare TECS. Understands the integration of the tools into the Revenue Cycle Team's day to day processes and workflows.
