Job Summary:
Torch Technologies is a 100% employee-owned company providing superior research, development, and engineering services to the Federal Government. They are seeking a TARCES General & Operations Manager (Project Manager) to provide leadership and administrative support for the TARCES contracted effort, ensuring alignment with task order requirements and managing program resources effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Provide lead, management, and administrative support for the TARCES contracted effort.
• Assist Government program authorities with technical, programmatic, and project-related issues.
• Plan, direct, and monitor contractor personnel activities across technical, programming, maintenance, and administrative functions.
• Track, report, and communicate program/project progress to stakeholders.
• Support acquisition, allocation, and management of program resources, ensuring alignment with task order (TO) requirements and financial controls.
Qualifications:
Required:
• U.S. Citizenship
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field with 3+ years of related experience
• Or Associate degree in business or a related field with 7+ years of related experience
• Or High School diploma with 9+ years of related experience
• Active Secret/clearance is required
