As General Manager, your exceptional approach to customer experience and problem solving will help guide the division in upholding NVR's best-in-class reputation.

- Monitor product costs and long-term customer service issues
- Manage long and short range schedules to meet contracted dates and support the division's sales settlement objectives
- Ensure completed houses are delivered to customers and service complaints are handled promptly and effectively
- Manage the full sales function and approve all contracts
- Secure and coordinate sub-contractors
- Recruit and maintain division culture, morale, and loyalty
- Effectively manage relationships with local government and inspection entities
- Recommend and interpret product planning, marketing, cost establishment, land acquisition, and financing management policies, procedures, and guidelines to the Division Manager
Qualifications
- 4-year college degree
- Business unit leadership experience with P&L management
- Effective team manager
- MBA is a plus
- Homebuilding experience is a plus
