    Job description

    The Technical Program Manager will partner with Engineering, QA, Product, Customer Support,
    Customer Success, Marketing and Sales to ensure the timely and successful completion assigned
    projects We are looking for people who enjoy diving deep into the technology with a proven track
    record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects under demanding timelines. Proficiency in
    establishing agile practices focused on timely and good quality delivery.
    The successful candidate will serve as the Program Management Lead to drive coordination and stakeholder management and work with executive leadership to keep them abreast of
    programmatic strategies and challenges.
    Responsibilities
    Define and drive Agile/SAFe program management practices to manage a portfolio of key projects aligned with the company's business goals.
    Manage cross-team programs to lead the product lifecycle releases, milestones and be responsible for team communication throughout the project lifecycle.
    Partner with Product Management, Product Design and Customer Success teams to bring the product vision to fruition through best project management principles.
    Serve as the single point of contact for project status; risks, dependencies and escalations and provide continuous project transparency.
    Aptitude and willingness to "get one's hands dirty", write executive presentations and manage
    projects directly.
    Comfort with ambiguity and a dynamic business landscape.
    Champion the adoption of agile best practices within Engineering and Product Management.
    Have a solid understanding of technical design, API and software application products that are needed to drive the adjoining team projects.
    Work diligently with Sourcing, Security, Legal and Compliance stakeholders at BlueJeans and
    parent Telecommunication team to ensure program execution remains unblocked.
    Own communication of program status at executive level.
    Expertise in data driven program management. Create reports and metrics that accurately
    summarize complex projects.
    You'll need to have
    Minimum BS/BA degree with at least 10 years of experience and a track record in project
    management.
    Seven or more years of program management experience with focus on software development.
    Deep knowledge and field experience in Agile methodologies.
    Extensive experience with Jira, Confluence, GSuite, Slack, Smartsheet/MS Project, Clarity/any PPM tool, Excel.
    Even better if you have one or more of the following:
    Highly organized with an eye for detail.
    Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
    Strong relationship-building skills and experience working closely with cross-functional partners.
    Technical program management: tracking dates and requirements in a complex environment
    involving multiple products, platforms and technologies.
    PMP & Scrum Master qualification.
    Experience working on enterprise SaaS products (video or unified communications experience is
    preferred).

    Hybrid role: 2-3 days onsite
    Duration: 1 plus year
