We are looking for a fulltime Receptionist/ HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.

Job Duties

Job Duties
- Manage Phone and Voicemail system
- Answering the phones and forwarding calls and messages
- Office meeting coordination including the set-up and break-down of conference room
- Make travel arrangements as needed
- Coordinate maintenance issues
- Routinely handle sensitive/confidential information with the highest level of discretion
- Filing of bills, invoices and other monthly statements as needed
- Deposit checks in the bank
- Ordering and maintaining kitchen and office supplies
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, offer letters, conduct reference and background checks
- Verify and collect all new hire documents and onboarding paperwork for new employees and enter new hires into the online system
- Act as a liaison between employees and benefits providers such as 401K plan, insurance, etc.
- Verify and complete the I-9 document
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must be extremely outgoing with a positive personality
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills, able to multi-task and prioritize competing requirements and meet deadlines
- General math skills and computer literate with knowledge of Excel and Word
- Professional demeanor, energetic and dependable
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role is required
- High School Diploma/GED required, College coursework/degree preferred
- Must be dependable/reliable and on time.
