Create the conditions for engineering teams to move fast and build the right things
Define success metrics for your products and track them consistently
Monitor product health and surface risks, gaps, and opportunities proactively
Drive continuous improvement across your product area
Bring a data-informed perspective to every product decision

Job Requirements

8 or more years of product management experience in a technology environment
Demonstrated experience owning a product backlog and driving a roadmap end to end
Experience working within complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholder groups
Proven ability to partner effectively with engineering and technical teams
Experience communicating with and influencing executive audiences
Comfortable performing requirements gathering and documentation independently in a lean environment without dedicated business analyst support
Background in infrastructure, platform, or enterprise technology products preferred
Familiarity with AI, cloud, or emerging enterprise technology platforms preferred
Intellectually curious with the ability to ask the right questions and synthesize complex information into clear product decisions
Strategically minded with the ability to connect technology decisions to business outcomes

Decisive, with the ability to gather input, form a view, and move work forward
Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and creating clarity where none exists
Collaborative, with the ability to build alignment through relationships and influence
