Job description

We are looking for a freelance Meta Advertising Specialist to join our Online Marketing team. This role involves managing Meta campaigns for U.S.-based clients, acting as the primary account manager, and representing Makerz in weekly client meetings (online) to report on campaign performance and strategic insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize and manage Meta campaigns to maximize ROI, aligning with client goals and budgets.
  • Implement and manage new Meta campaigns as needed, overseeing all stages from planning to execution.
  • Act as an account manager, liaising regularly with clients on behalf of Makerz to provide updates, insights, and recommendations.
  • Lead weekly client meetings to present detailed performance insights and discuss results and uppcoming actions.
  • Produce comprehensive weekly and monthly reports using Looker Studio, summarizing key metrics, campaign progress, and actionable insights.
  • Troubleshoot tracking and data issues, ensuring accurate data flow through APIs, tags, and other tracking implementations.
  • Manage tracking integrations and oversee correct use of data sources and analytics tools, such as Google Tag Manager, to enhance performance insights.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, making adjustments to maximize efficiency and ROI.
  • Stay updated on Meta advertising trends, proactively introducing new ideas to improve campaign performance.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum two years of experience managing Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Looker Studio for advanced reporting and data visualization.
  • Strong knowledge of data tracking systems, including API integrations, tagging, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience in client-facing roles.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics, with a strong analytical approach.
  • Familiarity with PPC concepts and optimization strategies.
  • Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accurate tracking and reporting.
