    • Develop a deep understanding of each partner's business, goals, and challenges - using data to uncover opportunities for growth and operational improvement
    • Build expertise in healthcare transportation to anticipate partner needs and add strategic value beyond day-to-day account management
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across strategy, product, marketing, and legal to deliver for your partners

    • Strong analytical skills - comfortable pulling, interpreting, and presenting data to support partner decisions
    • Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and presentation formats
    • A collaborative, team-first mindset with the ability to build relationships across a wide range of stakeholders from business executives to day-to-day operators
    • Self-starter mentality with strong organizational and project management skills
    • Professionalism and grace under pressure, especially in complex or ambiguous situations
    • Genuine enthusiasm for Lyft's mission and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
    Benefits:
