    As a settlement administrator, we are responsible for notifying potential class members, reviewing and processing claim forms filed by individuals and entities, calculating losses, auditing claims to determine the extent of the damages incurred and processing and distributing funds to eligible class members under the court's direction.     The Senior Analyst will join a case team, supporting a Manager and/or Senior Manager. Together, they will provide consistent superior client service. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be consultative and solution-oriented and be capable of managing a budget and meeting deadlines. The Senior Analyst must be a team player, committed to contributing to a team environment and collaborating with team members (both in person and in remote environments) to provide the highest quality service to clients.  All Kroll employees are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with the Kroll Values. 

    Day-to-day responsibilities:

    • Project Management - Supervises work product of junior Analysts and is accountable for a full case load of matters they are responsible for administering. The Senior Analyst is required to proactively spot issues and confer with leadership to develop a plan for mitigation. 

    • Project Execution - Proactively managing cases to meet and exceed project requirements and deadlines, within budget and at the highest quality standards. Effectively collaborates across the business to ensure timely execution and case management.

    • Research & Communication - Handle escalated claim inquiries and appropriately communicate findings with clients, claimants, managers and/or Senior Managers as needed. Identify and seeks to address process challenges and effectively communicates with project teams and vendors as necessary. 

    • Reporting & Documentation - Review project reporting and summaries for accuracy and completeness to identify case-related issues to be addressed. Assist in development of business rules for claims processing and payments and ensuring related documentation accurately reflects requirements outlined in the applicable service agreement.

    Essential traits:

    • College degree or comparable work experience required.

    • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in claims administration, or a closely related field required.

    • Demonstrated experience working effectively in a team-based fast-paced environment.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, calm demeanor.

    • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with professional clients.

    • Critical thinking and analytical skills.

    • Demonstrated ability to effectively adhere to a budget and identify opportunities to enhance the client experience.

    • Demonstrated high proficiency in in MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel.

    • Understanding of data sets and data management concepts required.
