Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Required Experience & Skills
Responsibilities:
* Independence & Structure: Operates fairly independently and brings structure to ambiguity
* Proactive Management: Proactively identifies risks and dependencies
* Accountability & Ownership: Drives accountability across teams and takes ownership to move complex initiatives forward
* Stakeholder Engagement: Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and communicating clearly when something is off track
* Team Collaboration: Comfortable digging in with Agile teams of software developers and product managers
* Collaborative Nature: This is a highly collaborative role - the person cannot work in a silo
* Critical Skill: Communication and coordination across multiple teams is essential
REQUIREMENTS:
* Certifications: PMP certification is a "nice to have"/added advantage
* 3-7 years of Project Management or Program Management experience
* Delivery Environments: Strong experience across Agile, Hybrid, or Traditional delivery environments
* Initiatives: Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
* Product Development: Experience supporting SaaS product development
* Tools: Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet
Core Fundamentals:
* Scheduling
* Risk management
* Stakeholder communication
Ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams, including:
* Product
* Engineering
* UX
* Architecture
* QA
* Operations
* Other business partners
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
