We're looking for a Senior Staff Product Designer who's passionate about translating transformative insights into innovative product experiences. You'll apply deep qualitative and quantitative understanding to identify unmet user needs, emerging interaction patterns, and market shifts to help teams design, prototype, and validate disruptive concepts that challenge the status quo. Responsibilities

  • 8+ years of experience in Design; preferably experience with AI + SaaS and mobile products
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Human Factors, Design Strategy, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality design output
  • Deep knowledge of design principles and methods, prototyping and rapid experimentations to quantify product and user behavior insights
  • Expert knowledge and experience with driving and applying user-centered design processes while working collaboratively with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen and experience in managing multiple stakeholders and senior leadership expectations
  • Proven track record in setting a vision for great customer experiences, inspiring others to get behind the vision, and ultimately delivering products and services that are known for their awesome user experience
  • Curiosity and commitment to testing new ideas and innovating to drive business results and negotiation
  • Expertise conveying ideas and concepts through storyboarding, wireframing, and prototyping
  • Mastery of design and prototyping tools like Figma Adobe Creative Suite, plus AI prototyping tools like Lovable, Replit, or Claude
  • A dazzling online portfolio demonstrating your strong craft and collaborative process

Qualifications

  • Lead initiatives of significant scope, complexity, and responsibility in creative vision, strategy, and execution
  • Solve customer problems by synthesizing behavioral information and imagining things as they might be, not as they are
  • Apply strategic thinking to design and deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences that optimize among user needs, business goals, and technological realities across web & mobile platforms
  • Take ideas and concepts, and visualize them in such that they are communicated effectively and compellingly for internal leaders, partners, and customers

  • Directly responsible for delivering User Experience visions, UI specifications, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Collaborate effectively with other designers, content strategists, product managers, engineers, and researchers
  • Solicit feedback and contribute constructively to design reviews
  • Advance a strong point of view, backed up by personal expertise, design rationale, customer data, and industry trends
  • Use facilitative leadership skills to drive to the best outcome for stakeholders, resulting in others learning from you, and inspiring others to want to work with you
  • Work on multiple projects at one time, using strong communication skills to manage time and expectations appropriately
