Job description

Overview

We’re looking for a Staff Marketing Technology AI Platforms Manager to join Intuit’s Marketing Futures Team, a group embedded in our broader marketing organization tasked with defining, piloting, and scaling AI‑enabled and future‑oriented marketing capabilities. You will be the team’s rapid prototyper and technical builder, creating AI‑infused marketing tools, platforms and capabilities to deliver the promise of AI to our users with bespoke experiences at scale. You’ll facilitate technical integration with Content Management Systems, Customer Data Platforms, and Advertiser platforms, and work closely with engineering partners to ensure pilots are production‑ready. We are looking for a seasoned AI-first MarTech builder with a passion for customer-first marketing who is an avid learner, experimenter, and builder ready to ship fast and prove what’s possible.

Responsibilities

  • Rapidly prototype AI‑infused marketing tools and experiences: agentic workflow automation, atomic content generation & assembly, dynamic landing page generators, GPT‑based chat interfaces, predictive audience orchestration and more.

  • Build and iterate on marketing MVPs using Python, Integrated Development Environments (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code), and generative AI frameworks.

  • Own the MCP and API integration layer for Marketing Futures.  Design, build, and operate custom MCP servers that expose Intuit's marketing data and actions (campaign performance, audience segments, creative assets, CMS content, CDP profiles, ad spend, search and GEO signals) to 3P and internal agentic systems. Define the schemas, authentication patterns, rate limiting, and observability that make these servers safe for production use. Wrap legacy APIs and fragmented vendor SDKs (SA360, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Adobe, and first party Intuit services) into clean, agent consumable tool interfaces so marketers and agents can operate against a single source of truth instead of swivel chairing between platforms.

  • Lead the engineering of a scalable AI agent ecosystem, implementing Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocols for multi-agent orchestration and developing custom MCP connectors for Slack, Google Workspace, Databricks, AWS, GCP and 1P platforms/services to bridge fragmented marketing workflows into a centralized, high-concurrency automation platform

  • Facilitate technical integration between Marketing Futures pilots and production systems: CMSs (Content Management Systems), CDPs (Customer Data Platforms), ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads), internal APIs.

  • Design and execute A/B testing frameworks for AI‑enhanced marketing experiences; measure and report on performance lift, conversion impact, and efficiency gains.

  • Develop automation scripts and workflows that reduce manual effort in campaign operations, creative production, and reporting.

  • Partner with product, engineering, data science, and product teams to evaluate emerging AI tools and ensure marketing pilots meet technical standards for scalability and security.

  • Build internal tools and prototypes that demonstrate the value of AI‑driven workflows, supporting the team’s evangelism and adoption efforts.

  • Contribute to internal prompt libraries, technical documentation, and training materials that enable the broader marketing org to leverage AI tools independently.

Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of experience in marketing technology, data engineering, or a hybrid marketing/data engineering role, with at least 2 years building AI‑powered tools or automations in marketing/sales organizations.

  • Past experience designing and building MCP servers, API wrappers, or equivalent tool/function calling layers for LLM agents, including schema design, auth (OAuth, API keys, service accounts), rate limiting, error handling, and observability. Experience integrating with marketing and advertising APIs (SemRush, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Meta Ads, DV360, SA360, Databricks, Marketo CDPs, CMSs) is strongly preferred.

  • Hands-on experience with GCP/AWS serverless architecture (Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, BigQuery or Fargate, Lambda, Redshift, Athena)  to build resilient marketing data pipelines that centralize intelligence across fragmented sources

  • Strong technical skills: proficiency in Python, TypeScript/Node.js and/or JavaScript; experience building web applications, APIs, or integrations in a marketing context.

  • Hands-on experience building production-grade multi-agent systems using Google ADK and Vertex AI Agent Engine (or equivalent), including orchestrator/sub-agent patterns and A2A protocol implementation

  • Hands‑on experience with generative AI frameworks, LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic), and prompt engineering for marketing applications.

  • Experience with A/B testing platforms and experimentation methodology; comfort designing, running, and analyzing marketing experiments.

  • Familiarity with marketing tech stacks: CMSs, CDPs, ad platform APIs (Meta, Google, TikTok), analytics tools.

  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a bias toward shipping; comfort working in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.

  • Excellent collaboration skills; ability to translate between marketing strategy and technical implementation.

  • Degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical/quantitative field is required, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.

  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or regulated industries is a plus.
