Job Title: BPM Developer

Location: Mclean, VA- Must relocate to work on site

Contract Length: 6m+- could have potential to convert

Citizenship Requirements- NO H1B Candidates; Must be willing to convert if given the opportunity after the 6 month mark.

US CITIZEN, GREEN CARD, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, TN VISA, GC EAD ARE ELIGIBLE...

Interview Process: 2 skype interviews

Required Skills:

Expert in IBM BPM technology

Has delivered large complex projects by developing BPD & integrations using IID/AIS and has developed automation of non-human tasks using BPEL

Skilled in Java/J2EE technologies

Front end languages such as CSS, HTML, JavaScript, as well as with emerging technologies such as AngularJS, Bootstrap

Has knowledge of SOA (Restful/Soap), DataPower, ODMS, Content Management Systems, Databases (DB2)

Should bring samples of his past work

Be able to provide references.

Experience with a CMS (IBM Preferred, but open to any)

Web Services

SQL Scripting, understanding of data mapping and screening for data integrity.

Nice to Have:

Other IBM technologies is a nice to have

Angular JS/Bootstrap

IBM BPM product used for application development.

DB2 mainframe, IBM SOA, IBM rules engine, IBM BPM

Business process designer, Business integration designer

Integration development

Business rules- similar industry is great, but specifically doesn't matter for the business rules

Using a rules engine in general

CMS- IBM but other CMS is fine

Write some SQL understand how the database tables design are. Basic understanding of the reference integrity.
