Job Summary:
IBM Consulting is focused on building long-term client relationships and collaborating worldwide. As an Application Developer specializing in Cognitive Process Automation, you will convert process definitions into optimized cognitive solutions, collaborating with clients and project managers to deliver effective service optimization.
Responsibilities:
• Design Cognitive Solutions: Develop optimized cognitive solutions from process definitions, utilizing expertise in Watson APIs, Watsonx products, and Cognitive Assistance accelerators to drive service delivery optimization.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with clients, Automation Project Managers, and RPA Architects to ensure seamless end-to-end solution delivery and effective service optimization.
• Leverage IDCP and IBM Consulting Advantage: Utilize IDCP and IBM Consulting Advantage platform, including Methodx, assets, and assistants, to support cognitive solution development and delivery.
• Deliver End-to-End Solutions: Oversee the delivery of comprehensive solutions that meet client needs, ensuring optimized service delivery and effective use of cognitive technologies.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Cognitive Solution Development: Experience with designing and developing optimized cognitive solutions from process definitions, utilizing expertise in Watson APIs and Watsonx products such as Watsonx Orchestrate and Watsonx Assistant.
• Technical Collaboration: Experience working with clients, Automation Project Managers, and RPA Architects to deliver end-to-end solutions that optimize service delivery, ensuring seamless integration and effective use of cognitive technologies.
• Cognitive Assistance Accelerators: Experience with Cognitive Assistance accelerators such as Agent Assist and User Assist, leveraging these tools to enhance cognitive solution development and delivery.
• IDCP and IBM Consulting Advantage: Experience utilizing IDCP and IBM Consulting Advantage platform, including Methodx, assets, and assistants, to support cognitive solution development and delivery.
• Cognitive Technology Expertise: Experience with the application of cognitive technologies to drive service delivery optimization, including the use of Watson APIs and Watsonx products.
• Must have TS/SCI Clearance with ability to obtain CI Poly
Preferred:
• Familiarity with IDCP Platform: Experience with utilizing IDCP and IBM Consulting Advantage platform, including Methodx, assets, and assistants, to support cognitive solution development and delivery.
