About the Role
We'rebuilding the next generation of cross-device experiences across AI PCs, printers, and collaboration products as part of HP's Better Together strategy.We'relooking for aLeadSWEngineering Program Manager who can take full ownership of complex programs and drive them through to launch.This role goes beyond traditional program coordination.You will be responsible forleading end-to-end executionacross software and hardware teams, ensuring products ship successfully in a fast-moving, evolving environment.HP IQ combines the pace and ambiguity of a startup with the reach of a global organization. Success in this role requires someone who cancreate clarity,establishstructure whereneeded, and consistently drive results.
What You Might Do
- Own delivery end-to-end(concept development integration launch)
- Drive execution acrosssoftware, hardware, firmware, and platform teams
- Managehardware timelines, bring-up, validation, and integration risks
- Build and runprogram operating mechanisms(planning, cadence, tracking, reporting)
- Create clarity in ambiguous situations anddrive decisions forward
- Identifyand mitigate risks early;avoid late-stage surprises
- Align stakeholders andmaintainexecution momentum

Essential Qualifications
- 12+ yearsleading complex technical programs
- Proventrack recordofshipping products end-to-end
- Experience withsoftware programs tied to hardware(devices, embedded, firmware)
- Ability toindependently scope, plan, and execute programs
- Strong understanding of:
- Software systems (cloud, client,on-device)
- Hardware development lifecycles
- Experience infast-paced, evolving environments
- Track recordofbuilding or adapting program processes
- Experience leadingcross-functional, global teams
Strong Signals
- Direct ownership ofshipped products or major features
- Experience delivering01 initiatives
- Hands-on involvement inHW-SW integration milestones(bring-up, validation, launch)

Salary: $150,000- $245,000
Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time Employees)
The salary range for this role is listed above. Final salary offered is based upon multiple factors including individual job-related qualifications, education, experience, knowledge and skills.
