    VP People, Enterprise Operations

    Description -

    As VP People, Enterprise Operations, you will:
    Lead the People Strategy and People Priorities for HP's Enterprise Operations org - a global team of nearly 11,000 employees
    Lead Key People Initiatives in the fields of Organization & Culture; Talent & Leadership ; and Inclusion
    HR Fundamentals: Organization design and selection, workforce planning and location strategy, talent and learning, inclusion, employee relations (awareness required of employment law across 40+ countries), executive recruiting and onboarding, etc. Partnering with HR CoEs and Country HR
    Coach and develop the HR business partners supporting multiple L2 Enterprise Operations business leaders with large global teams

    To be selected for this role, you will also need to be/have:
    Strong Executive Coach and Sounding Board: Must be a trusted advisor for the Chief Enterprise Operations Officer and their staff
    Global organizational leadership experience: resources are located worldwide
    Previous experiences in Operations is a plus with preference with experience in Supply Chain
    ~15-20% travel

    Education and Experience
    A minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience across different HR functions, specifically including HR Business Partnering/HR function Executive role
    A proven experience managing people
    Demonstrated experience developing and implementing organizational change initiatives, developing global workforce plans, and identifying and creating organization capabilities.Strong track record effectively coaching and positively influencing leaders
    Experience partnering with leaders to deliver HR solutions and programs
    Proven track record of great execution relative to managing costs, quality, and timeliness
    Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Management, Organizational Development or a similar discipline is strongly preferred
    Knowledge and Skills Required:

    Partnering and influence - Through relationships built from trust and consistency, partner with leaders to drive actions that bring positive outcomes to the organization and people.Support The HP Way, through positive influence and personal standards of conduct. Advocate for inclusive environments throughout all interactions and support.
    Execution - Balances strategic thinking with tactical action to drive results.Leverages strong business acumen and analytic capability to integrate HR and business strategies. Ability to operate in a matrixed environment and deal with ambiguity. Demonstrates courage and willingness to take risks to deliver results.

    The pay range for this position is 260,000 to $320,000 annually (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
