Overview We are seeking a Project Manager - Global Projects to lead and manage large, complex, cross-functional, and global initiatives from concept through implementation. This role is responsible for driving project execution, managing budgets, ensuring governance compliance, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering projects on time and within scope.

- Lead and manage multiple large-scale, complex, cross-functional, and global projects through the full project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and project documentation
- Monitor project scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, costs, and benefits throughout execution
- Ensure compliance with project governance methodologies, standards, and organizational policies
- Create and maintain project artifacts including:
- Project plans
- Status reports
- Risk logs
- Communication plans
- Resource and timeline management documentation
- Manage project budgets and monitor financial performance against approved targets
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues while developing effective escalation strategies
- Lead project governance activities and ensure adherence to project tollgates and approval processes
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, vendors, and suppliers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, vendors, and business partners
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide executive-level reporting on project status and outcomes
- Support continuous improvement of project management methodologies, tools, and governance practices
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience leading small to mid-sized projects with increasing levels of complexity
- Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Microsoft Project
- Microsoft Outlook
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Strong attention to detail and ability to drive projects to successful completion
- Experience managing large, enterprise-wide, cross-functional, or global projects
- Experience with project governance frameworks and project management methodologies
- Experience managing vendor and supplier relationships
- Background in budget management, financial tracking, and project reporting
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred
