Job description
Overview We are seeking an experienced GRC Technology Lead to serve as the primary administrator and technical owner of the AuditBoard platform while supporting governance, risk, compliance, and audit initiatives. This role will drive platform optimization, SOX compliance support, reporting, controls governance, and process improvements across a complex enterprise environment.
The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of AuditBoard expertise, IT audit knowledge, SOX compliance experience, and stakeholder management skills. This individual will work closely with Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, Finance, IT, and business leaders to enhance the organization's GRC capabilities and audit technology landscape.

The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of AuditBoard expertise, IT audit knowledge, SOX compliance experience, and stakeholder management skills. This individual will work closely with Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, Finance, IT, and business leaders to enhance the organization's GRC capabilities and audit technology landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration, administration, and ongoing support of the AuditBoard platform, including:
- SOXHUB
- OpsAudit
- RiskOversight
- Manage system access, permissions, environment changes, and platform governance activities.
- Support and enhance SOX 404 compliance programs through effective use of AuditBoard and related audit technologies.
- Collaborate with IT, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, and business stakeholders to improve GRC workflows and controls management.
- Oversee ERP-related controls for systems such as SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite and ensure alignment with compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate upgrades, enhancements, and vendor support activities.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), process improvements, and system enhancement initiatives.
- Drive automation opportunities that improve audit efficiency, controls testing, and risk monitoring.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and reporting related to compliance, risk, remediation efforts, and program performance.
- Ensure system changes follow established governance, testing, documentation, and change management processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience supporting Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), IT Audit, Compliance, or Risk Management functions.
- Hands-on experience administering or supporting AuditBoard, including:
- SOXHUB
- OpsAudit
- RiskOversight
- Experience supporting SOX 404 compliance programs.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Operational auditing
- Risk Control Matrix (RCM) development
- IT General Controls (ITGC)
- Experience managing ERP controls within SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite environments.
- Proficiency with reporting and analytics tools such as:
- Power BI
- Tableau
- Advanced Excel
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and platform management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing or enhancing GRC technology platforms.
- Experience working within large enterprise or public-company compliance environments.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, governance models, and risk management best practices.
- Experience driving process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Audit, internal controls, compliance, or risk management certifications are a plus.
