Job description

Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a SAP Reporting Analyst / Sales Support opening for our client in Pittsburgh, PA.

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (hybrid remote)

Pay Rate: $35 per hour
Duration: 12 months

Notes from the manager:

  • Hybrid role: onsite in our Pittsburgh office 3 days a week, remote 2 days a week.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferrable engineering or science by major because the sales support role needs to work with SAP, run reports and analysis.
  • Will consider recent graduates with Engineering or science major

Duties:

  • Provide sales and marketing support to the commercial team and independent sales representatives, including pricing and margin analysis, forecasting, and target pipeline analysis.
  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day customer service and sales operations tasks, such as LCM/NDA management, handling various technical or PSRA document inquiries, order follow-ups, sample arrangements, payment tracking, and completing questionnaires/surveys.
  • Act as a lead catcher and perform lead vetting, initial quoting, and updates in C4C.
  • Support the commercial team with opportunity management, including tracking and reporting as needed.
  • Handle SAP tasks, including data mapping, new material/customer setups, and the corresponding approval processes for the sales team in systems or SF platforms.
  • Manage small volume long-tail inside accounts and transactional accounts, assisting account managers in monitoring and nurturing the growth of small new accounts.
  • Provide support for MarComm logistics as needed.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in digital platforms and business software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or related roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or Science.
  • Recent graduates with a degree in Engineering or Science are encouraged to apply.

  • This is a hybrid role: onsite in our Pittsburgh office 3 days a week, remote 2 days a week.
