    * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    * Experience using Workday Recruiting, Eightfold or similar ATS platforms.

    O -Travel required up to 25% POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES * We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) for the Aeronautics sector, who is ready to play a critical role in building the teams that power our mission. This role is designed for a strategic talent partner who thrives at the intersection of business partnership, talent strategy, and organizational impact.
    * We're looking for a TABP to own the full cycle of recruiting in our world-class Aeronautics organization. You'll partner directly with hiring managers to build pipelines and hire high-quality technical talent and play a key role in shaping how we grow our workforce.
    * Lead full lifecycle recruiting through offer (sourcing, screening, interview support, selection and offer process).
    * Serve as a trusted advisor and primary recruiting point of contact for assigned business leaders providing guidance on interviewing, candidate evaluation and hiring decisions.
    * Conduct detailed strategy sessions to align on role scope, requirements and set expectations of hiring timelines.
    * Educate hiring managers on market conditions, talent availability, competitive pay packages and setting expectations grounded in data.
    * Track and report on key recruiting metrics as needed by TA and business leadership.
    * Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking and relationship development.
    * Assess candidates for technical capability, values, and mission alignment.
    * Ensure recruiting activities align with compliance standards and talent acquisition processes including maintaining accurate requisition and candidate data in the ATS.

Hybrid but location must be within commutable distance of Palmdale, CA.
