    What you'll do
    We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle EPM Cloud Specialist with extensive hands-on expertise across Oracle EPM Cloud modules. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in solution implementation, system configuration, data analysis, and financial reporting. This role requires in-depth knowledge of financial planning and analysis, accounting principles, and integrations with ERP systems. As a customer-facing professional, the specialist will lead client discussions, identify business requirements, and develop a clear understanding of stakeholder needs. The ability to translate complex technical and financial concepts into clear, practical solutions that clients can easily understand is essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
    Oracle EPM Cloud Modules Expertise:
    • Demonstrate hands-on experience with EPM Cloud modules, including:
    • Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS)
    • Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS)
    • Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS)
    • Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management (EPCM)

    System Implementation & Configuration:
    • Create feasibility study documents and propose high level solution for prospective projects.
    • Lead the implementation and customization for solutions to business problems which are being solved with EPM Modules.
    • Develop and write allocation rules, business rules, and other configurations to meet business requirements.
    • Ensure seamless integration with ERP systems (Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Fusion, or others).
    • Utilize ETL tools and data integration techniques (e.g., FDMEE, ODI, Groovy Scripting) to manage data flows.

    Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Leverage strong knowledge of Smart View, Oracle Analytics, and other BI tools for data analysis.
    • Design, develop, and optimize financial reports, dashboards, and data models to support decision-making processes.

    Functional Knowledge in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
    • Exhibit a solid understanding of financial workflows for budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and close processes.
    • Apply knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant standards.
    • Understand financial statements and provide insights into financial performance.

    What you'll need
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 15 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud implementation and configuration.
    • Proven expertise in EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, and EPCM & EDMCS modules.
    • Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
    • Familiarity with GAAP, IFRS, and other accounting standards.
    • Proficiency in ETL tools and data integration (FDMEE, ODI, Groovy Scripting).
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
