AstraZeneca is seeking an Executive Talent Scout to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team and support the Enabling Functions of our business. Asa member of AstraZeneca's esteemed talent scouting team, the GTS will report to the Global Talent Scout & Capability Lead and play a pivotal role in developing strategic senior talent pools aligned with our business goals.
This role involves collaborating with business and HR leaders to devise internal and external talent search strategies, making a lasting impact on AstraZeneca's talent acquisition efforts.
Act as a strategic talent advisor to business and HR leaders, translatingbusinessneeds into talent strategies informed bytalentintelligence,marketinsights, and external benchmarking.
Build andmaintaindiverse, high-quality talent pipelines through proactive scouting, market mapping, talent pooling, and long-term relationshipbuildingaligned to business priorities.
Bachelor's degree
5-8+ years' experience in executive search, talent scouting, senior talent acquisition, or related HR roles within complex, matrixed environments.
Experience partnering with business leaders and HR stakeholders, with stronginfluencing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiencywith talent sourcing technologies, ATS/CRM platforms (e.g., Eightfold, Workday), and digital scouting tools.
Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry, ideally in a global matrixed environment.

Office Working Requirements

In-person working gives us the platform we need to connect, work at pace and challenge perceptions. That's why we work, on average, a minimum of three days per week from the office. But that doesn't mean we're not flexible. We balance the expectation of being in the office while respecting individual flexibility. Join us in our unique and ambitious world.
The annual base pay for this position ranges from $120,396.80 - 180,595.20 USD. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives-an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs, paid time off (i.e., vacation, holiday, and leaves), as well as health, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
