    Apex Systems is currently hiring for a M365 Controls Engineer with financial client.
    Qualified candidates will have the following experience and skills:

    • 5-10+ years' experience engineering across Microsoft cloud services with a focus on AI
    • Mid-senior level M365 Engineer
    • Heavy IAM experience
    • Powershell Scripting
    • M365 Admin Center
    Nice to have
      • Copilot (engineering and controls, not just use)
      • Purview
    Job Responsibilities:
    • Leads Microsoft 365 Copilot Engineering with focus on operational sustainability and compensating controls to ensure resiliency
    • Hands on configuration of the AI-driven customer interactions of Microsoft 365 to support evolving capabilities and services
    • Educates team members on the technology practices, standardization strategies, and best practices to create innovative solutions
    • Provide engineering support for AI security and compliance development and system integration
    • Will generate and maintain engineering artifacts in support of operational excellence
    • Provide oversight on technical activities to function as a mentor, help with problem escalation, and communicate significant problems or issues to management

    Location: Charlotte, NC | Addison, TX | Jacksonville, FL
    Onsite expectation: Hybrid - 3 days onsite/2 days remote
    Pay range: $70-$73/hr W2
