Job Description:
Role: Digital Business Analyst
Location: Hybrid in New Albany, OH (43054)
Contract Duration: 6+ Months
Senior Business Analyst Details
We are seeking a highly collaborative, self-motivated Senior BA who thrives in ambiguity and is comfortable balancing priorities across multiple product teams.
Responsibilities
Partner with Product Managers, UX Designers, Design System contributors, and engineering teams to define, document, and refine business and technical requirements.
Support the evolution and adoption of the Design System by translating business needs into scalable, reusable component requirements and experience standards.
Collaborate to define customer-facing capabilities and platform enhancements across the mobile application ecosystem.
Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, refinement sessions, dependency discussions, and cross-functional alignment meetings.
Create and maintain Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, process flows, and supporting documentation.
Identify and manage dependencies across squads, ensuring alignment between Design System initiatives and Native App delivery plans.
Support Agile ceremonies and contribute to release planning, testing readiness, and go-live activities.
Desired Qualifications
Senior-level Business Analyst with a proven track record of driving complex initiatives in Agile environments.
Experience working with mobile application teams (iOS) and a strong understanding of customer-facing digital experiences.
Familiarity with Design Systems, UX principles, accessibility considerations, and the role of reusable components in product development.
Exceptional facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing competing priorities across multiple squads.
Experience documenting requirements through Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Given/When/Then methodologies.
Ability to translate business objectives into actionable requirements and partner effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in retail, eCommerce, omnichannel, or other fast-paced customer-centric environments is preferred.
