Business Systems Analyst
Location: Maryland Heights, Missouri (Partial Remote)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to review, analyze, and evaluate information technology systems operations. This role serves as the primary point of contact between users and the engineering/development staff. The analyst will be responsible for determining user needs, recommending system improvements, and translating business requirements into formal technical deliverables.
Key Responsibilities

• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations.
• Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems.
• Serves as the primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff.
• Identifies, documents, reports, and tracks system issues.
• Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.

Required Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
