Position summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across the organization while helping create scalable hiring processes and talent pipelines for future growth.
This individual will partner closely with ownership and hiring managers to define hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, identify top talent, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, relationship-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with limited direction. They are not waiting to be told what to do, they drive the process, ask questions early, and help keep hiring initiatives moving forward while holding others accountable throughout the hiring process.
What you'll own
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for open positions across the organization
  • Partner with leadership to define hiring needs and candidate profiles
  • Develop job descriptions and recruiting strategies
  • Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
  • Facilitate offer and hiring processes
Strategic Talent Planning
  • Proactively identify future hiring needs
  • Build relationships with prospective candidates and within relevant talent communities
  • Develop networking pipelines for future talent acquisition
  • Create sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions
  • Maintain a proactive approach to talent acquisition rather than reactive hiring
Partnership with Leadership
  • Drive accountability throughout the hiring process
  • Provide regular updates on recruiting progress and market insights
  • Help leaders make informed hiring decisions
What we're looking for
  • 2-3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Experience supporting high-growth organizations
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency with recruiting technology and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
