• Hybrid Project Planning: Build and manage integrated plans across multiple workstreams, including timelines, dependencies, and delivery targets. Pivot methodology as needed to support predictable delivery.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and PMO peers to align feature delivery with overarching business goals.
• Risk & Decision Management: Proactively identify program risks, impediments, and key decision points. Drive alignment and resolution with the urgency required for high-stakes digital environments.
• Visibility & Metrics: Maintain accurate program tracking, dashboards, and metrics across JIRA, Smartsheet, and Confluence.
• Team Alignment: Promote transparency and visibility through clear communication, consistent reporting, and polished documentation for diverse audiences.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Professional Experience:
o10+ years of experience managing and delivering large-scale technology and digital projects.
o5+ years of hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and leading cross-functional teams.
• Industry Domain: Proven experience in Digital Media, Publishing, Interactive Media, or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) subscription products.
• Technical Fluency: * Working knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) and APIs.
oExperience leading delivery for features that enable community engagement or strengthen audience interaction.
• Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet for planning and reporting.
• Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence with the ability to influence and lead within a matrixed organization. Exceptional negotiation and conflict-resolution skills are required.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related technical or business field.
