Nos encontramos en la busqueda de un/a Safety Analyst.

Tiene como objetivo planificar, organizar y ejecutar diversos programas y actividades de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, segun los estandares nacionales e internacionales que exige la empresa. Asegurar en terreno la aplicacion tanto de los procedimientos y estandares operativos del negocio.

Funciones Principales

  • Llevar estadisticas mensuales y semestrales sobre indices de accidentalidad.

  • Dar soporte a programas de capacitacion en materias de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional.

  • Realizar inspecciones permanentes a las actividades que se desarrollan en las areas de trabajo.

  • Efectuar seguimiento al sistema de gestion integrado.

  • Liderear Comite de Seguridad de empleados y lideres.

  • Controlar las actividades de las empresas colaboradoras (contratistas).

  • Verificar el cumplimiento legal en materias de Seguridad y Salud ocupacional.

  • Generacion de informes internos y externos.

  • Elaboracion y Revision de procedimientos de seguridad en cumplimiento con los estandares de AES y las agencias reguladoras.

  • Implementacion de programas de seguridad (Fortalecimiento de la Cultura de Seguridad, Campanas de Prevencion de Incidentes, prevencion de enfermedades, etc.)

  • Control y mantenimiento de documentos.

  • Administrador de contratos. Representar a la empresa en programas o actividades sociales, cuando las circunstancias asi lo ameriten.

  • Coordinar acciones con autoridades locales y de Servicios de emergencia.

  • Cualquier trabajo que le asigne su Lider y que resulte coherente con las competencias y habilidades personales.

  • Proporcionar apoyo durante emergencias y paros anuales de mantenimiento.

  • Divulgar y trabajar en la implantacion de los Planes de Emergencia y en los Planes de Continuidad del negocio.

  • Trabajar en la Implantacion de los modulos de las Plataformas de los Sistemas de Gestion de Seguridad (INTELEX, On Location, etc.).

  • Las actividades antes descritas se formulan de manera enunciativa mas no limitativa, debiendo el empleado desarrollar todas las laborales anexas y conexas a fines de la naturaleza del puesto, estando conforme en realizarlas de manera eficiente.

Calificaciones Requeridas

Escolaridad: Bachillerato en Ingenieria Industrial, Seguridad e Higiene o estudios similares.

Experiencia: Experiencia previa de 1 a 3 anos.
