Job Summary:
AA2IT is a company seeking an IT Technician for a long-term onsite role in Chantilly, VA. The main responsibilities include managing inventory, performing quality assurance on devices, and handling inbound and outbound care packages in a depot environment.
Responsibilities:
• Follow all procedures accurately provided by the depot team lead
• Moving and Lifting up to 50lb boxes and equipment
• Inbound Care Packages- open and unbox items, scan into excel spreadsheet
• Outbound Care Packages- creating FedEx labels, put empty boxes together to be shipped
• Check-Ins- sorting and moving processed returned inventory to necessary locations in the Depot
• QA- performing QA on devices eligible for redeployment
• Inventory- Scan and stock incoming inventory onto shelves
• Disposals- scanning and loading disposals in all-weather containers / scheduling pick up
• Other duties as assigned
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Communicate effectively
• Proactive and attention to detail a must
