Print Production AssociateMonroe, NC (onsite)12 Months (Temp to Hire)08 AM - 5:00 PM (Mon to Fri)Job OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Print Production Associate to support daily print shop operations in a manufacturing environment. In this role, you will operate printers to produce manuals, pamphlets, booklets, and other product documentation. You will also perform document scanning, data entry, and deliver completed print materials throughout the facility. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, basic computer proficiency, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Previous print production experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities- Operate printers to print manuals, pamphlets, booklets, and other product documentation.
- Prepare, organize, and complete print production requests accurately and on time.
- Perform document scanning and maintain electronic records.
- Enter production and document-related information into company systems.
- Deliver completed printed materials to designated departments within the manufacturing facility.
- Operate office equipment, including printers, copiers, scanners, and finishing equipment.
- Monitor print quality and replenish paper, toner, and other print supplies as needed.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to internal print requests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow company procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Lift and move paper boxes and print materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Perform additional print production and administrative duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years of experience in print production, office services, data entry, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Experience operating office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment.
