    POSITION OVERVIEW

    Join Xerox as a Inside Sales Representative and take ownership of an existing portfolio of SMB and commercial accounts across the United States. This is a growth-focused sales role designed for ambitious professionals looking to build their career in B2B sales and account management.

    You will work with existing customers to drive renewals, expand business opportunities, and deliver Xerox solutions that improve client operations. This role combines relationship management, outbound sales activity, and territory growth within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

    This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in B2B sales environments such as telecom, SaaS, payroll services, industrial sales, route-based sales, or early-career technology sales who are looking for strong career development and advancement potential.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    • Manage and grow an existing book of SMB accounts
    • Drive renewals, upsell opportunities, and overall territory growth
    • Build relationships with clients through calls, virtual meetings, and customer interactions ACROSS US
    • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, solution selling, negotiation, and closing
    • Maintain pipeline activity, forecasting, and CRM updates using Salesforce and Microsoft tools
    • Identify customer needs and recommend Xerox technology and print solutions
    • Consistently achieve sales targets and activity KPIs
    • Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and development programs

    WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

    • 2-5+ years of B2B sales, account management, or customer-facing sales experience
    • Experience working in quota-driven or performance-based environments
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and client outreach
    • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
    • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred
    • Self-motivated, coachable, resilient, and growth-oriented

    LOCATION INFORMATION:

    Lexington is home to the University of Kentucky and is an economic hub of business, arts and culture surrounded by a beautiful landscape of rolling hills and horse farms. This is an in-office opportunity in Lexington, Kentucky, therefore we are only contacting candidates that reside within a commutable distance for daily onsite work for this position.

    Additionally, our campus has onsite amenities such as a full-service cafeteria, indoor basketball/volleyball court and walking routes. In addition, the Legacy Trail, a 12-mile walking and biking path that runs from downtown Lexington to the Kentucky Horse Park, passes right by our Xerox office.
