Job description

Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack - from electrons to tokens - to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.
We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We're solving that - with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI.
We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved - people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.
If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.
About This Role
We're seeking a Senior Enterprise Technology Administrator to join our Enterprise Technology team, a specialized group within IT responsible for the financial and operational systems that power the business.
In this role, you will serve as the primary subject matter expert for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, with the majority of your work focused on P2P. You'll own the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of key financial platforms including Coupa and Sage Intacct while supporting an ecosystem of connected tools such as Stripe, LeaseQuery, Asset4000, FloQast, and Workiva.
Working at the intersection of finance and technology, you will partner closely with Procurement, Sourcing, Finance, Accounting, and Sales Operations teams to ensure systems run reliably while continuously improving financial workflows and integrations.
What You'll Be Working On
  • Administering and optimizing financial platforms including Coupa and Sage Intacct to ensure system stability, data integrity, and performance
  • Managing Procure-to-Pay workflows including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier onboarding, and accounts payable processes
  • Supporting Order-to-Cash operations including invoicing automation, accounts receivable workflows, and revenue recognition configurations
  • Partnering with Finance and Sales Operations teams to troubleshoot billing, collections, and system integration issues
  • Managing finance-related service desk queues and ensuring requests are resolved in line with team SLAs
  • Maintaining and troubleshooting integrations between Coupa, Sage Intacct, Stripe, and CRM systems to ensure reliable data flow
  • Conducting periodic access reviews and audits to maintain SOX compliance and enforce least-privilege access models

What You'll Bring to the Team
  • 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator, Financial Systems Analyst, or similar role supporting financial platforms
  • Hands-on administration experience with Coupa and Sage Intacct
  • Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay workflows including procurement, supplier management, and accounts payable processes
  • Working knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes including billing and accounts receivable
  • Experience supporting integrations between financial systems and familiarity with API-based integrations
  • Demonstrated experience implementing financial software or delivering major system enhancements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders

Bonus Points
  • Experience supporting financial platform ecosystems including Stripe, LeaseQuery, Asset4000, FloQast, and Workiva
  • Experience supporting SOX compliance or financial audit processes
  • Familiarity with finance system integration architecture or middleware platforms
  • Experience supporting financial systems in high-growth technology organizations

Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation
  • Restricted Stock Units
  • Paid time off & paid holidays
  • Comprehensive health, dental & vision insurance
  • Employer contributions to HSA account
  • Paid parental leave
  • Paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability
  • Professional development & tuition reimbursement
  • Mental health & wellness support
  • Commuter benefits (parking & transit)
  • Cell phone stipend
  • 401(k) Retirement plan with company match up to 4% of salary
  • Volunteer time off

Compensation Range
Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $140,000 - $165,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
