Looking for experienced Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to support Google's Android XR Early Access Program (AI Glasses). The TAM will act as the primary technical contact for external partners, supporting app development using Android Studio and prototype XR hardware, and driving issue triage and partner success.
Core Responsibilities
  • Primary technical POC for assigned XR EAP partners
  • Lead bi-weekly technical syncs and manage partner communications
  • Level-1 technical triage for SDK / prototype hardware issues
  • Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) and escalate to Eng/DevRel as needed
  • Maintain collaboration docs, trackers, and bi-weekly status updates
  • Support developers through early-access / beta platform challenges

Mandatory Skills / Experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Android Studio
  • Solid understanding of Android mobile / XR app lifecycle
  • Experience with issue tracking tools (Buganizer or Jira)
  • Prior role in Technical Support, QA, Developer Relations, or Partner Engineering
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder communication skills

Nice to Have
  • XR / AR / VR / Wearables exposure
  • Experience supporting early access, beta, or prototype programs

Gathering of requirements-Assist in conducting workshops and discussions with client stakeholders to gather business process requirements.
Coding and Configuration-"Develop and deliver code for assigned modules, in alignment with client requirements ensuring proper integration with system components.

Testing and Trial Runs-"Execute testing for assigned modules, validate functionality across required interactions, and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
Implementation-Participate in implementation of software application and its integration with other systems to ensure stability.
Maintain Documentation-Prepare detailed reports and documentation on project specifications, activities, and status, while presenting information using flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and clear, well-structured code.

Stakeholder Collaboration-Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand requirements, support development activities, check system compatibility, and ensure solutions meet expected standards.
Mandatory Skills: Android Platform Development.
Experience: 3-5 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $140,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
