Google Alliance GTM Lead

Role Overview:
As the Google Alliance GTM Lead, you will be the strategic driver of Wipro's partnership with Google Cloud. You will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that accelerates market penetration, grows joint business, and establishes Wipro and Google as the premier partners for client cloud transformation. This role requires a techno-functional leader who can build market-leading solutions, enable a global sales force, and foster a robust, results-oriented alliance with Google, Wipro's Client Partner and Wipro's clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic GTM Planning & Execution:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy for the Wipro-Google Alliance, defining target industries(O&G, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech and/or Technology &Communications), customer segments, and regional priorities.
  • Collaborate with Wipro's industry specialists and Google's product teams to co-develop innovative, market-differentiating joint solutions and service offerings.
  • Design and launch targeted marketing and demand-generation campaigns in partnership with Google to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitive landscapes, and Google Cloud innovations to continuously refine the GTM strategy and identify new growth opportunities.

2. Alliance Management & Partnership Governance:
  • Act as the primary strategic liaison between Wipro and Google, building executive relationships and ensuring alignment on all GTM activities.
  • Lead periodical business planning with Google, setting ambitious, measurable goals for pipeline generation, revenue, and capability growth.
  • Champion the partnership internally, ensuring Wipro's sales, delivery, and marketing teams are aligned with the Google Alliance objectives.
  • Manage partnership performance against key KPIs, including pipeline growth, consumption, service contract values (ACV/TCV), and certification numbers.

3. Sales Enablement & Market Activation:
  • Create and deliver sales enablement programs, including, sales plays, and proposal templates, to equip Wipro's account executives to sell joint solutions effectively.
  • Partner with key account executives and pursuit teams on strategic deals, providing expert guidance on the joint Wipro-Google value proposition.
  • Develop a robust pipeline management and governance process, ensuring full visibility of opportunities across all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Lead executive-level workshops and innovation sessions with strategic clients to evangelize the benefits of Wipro and Google's combined capabilities.

4. Capability & Practice Development:
  • Champion the development of Google Cloud and Gemini skills and certifications across Wipro's workforce to build a world-class delivery and sales capability.
  • Provide feedback from the field to Wipro's service lines and Google's product teams to influence future solution development and service offerings.
  • Foster a culture of continuous innovation, driving the creation of new intellectual property and reusable assets that accelerate client success.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $165,000.00 to $250,000.00.
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
