Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing sales operations within the assigned region, driving revenue growth, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to maximize their performance and professional growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and resources effectively within the region.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
