Job Summary
This team is dedicated to program management and operational efficiency, serving as a strategic partner in connecting artists with fans through expertly executed programs. With team members across Seattle, New York, Los Angeles, and London, GIO brings structure and consistency to complex, large-scale initiatives.
What We Do
The team operates through two core areas:

Recent successful initiatives include Music Live, Vive Latino, Superbloom, Black Music Month, Wireless Festival, and Stagecoach.
Operational Excellence-We identify opportunities and develop improvements to content workflows, tooling, release planning, and cross-team collaboration. Through our Operational Excellence workstream-which includes specialists from across Label Relations, Artist Relations, and Programming-we've implemented key enhancements, including streamlined project management tools and enhanced platform functionality that reduces friction in label operations.
Position Overview
This role will be working directly in the Music Industry team in the company, the team that strives to grow the business through external partnerships with record labels, artists, and managers in pursuit of content, promotion, and fan engagement.
