Our client, a leader in manufacturing operations, is seeking a dedicated Operations Program Manager to join their team. As an Operations Program Manager, you will be part of the operations support team, driving critical projects that enhance manufacturing efficiency and system integration. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Operations Program Manager

Location: Wickliffe, Ohio

Pay Range: What's the Job?

  • Lead and manage critical manufacturing projects, including the implementation of QAD and eQMS systems across production facilities.
  • Coordinate with vendors, IT teams, and operations to ensure seamless system integration and process alignment.
  • Develop project plans utilizing both waterfall and agile methodologies to ensure measurable progress every 2-3 weeks.
  • Facilitate communication and reporting, including monthly executive updates on project status, KPIs, risks, and financials.
  • Drive process improvements and operational excellence through effective project management and stakeholder engagement.

What's Needed?

  • Proven experience in program or project management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong background in system implementation, particularly with QAD, eQMS, or similar manufacturing systems would be a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies to mitigate risks.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing domain processes and experience with change management activities.
