Pay range: $60/hr - $70/hr W2


Schedule: Mon โ€“ Fri

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and candidate-focused Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the hiring process. As one of the first points of contact for candidates, you will play a critical role in creating a positive and professional impression while helping the organization scale its hiring efforts.

Working closely with Recruiters and Sourcers, you will manage complex scheduling needs, support recruiting operations, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and candidate experience.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with Recruiters and Sourcers to coordinate a high volume of candidate interviews, debriefs, and reference checks.
  • Navigate complex scheduling scenarios involving multiple stakeholders across various time zones and calendars.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely, professional, and informative communication throughout the interview process.
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience by ensuring candidates feel supported and informed at every stage.
  • Collaborate with recruiting team members to identify and implement process improvements that increase operational efficiency and candidate satisfaction.
  • Support the development and execution of recruiting initiatives, programs, and projects that strengthen talent acquisition efforts.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and automation solutions as part of daily workflows to improve recruiting operations and scalability.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Recruiters by anticipating challenges, providing solutions, and helping optimize hiring processes.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume scheduling or recruiting coordination role, preferably within Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft professional and engaging candidate correspondence.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and frequent changes.
  • Experience utilizing AI tools and automation technologies in a professional setting.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort navigating ambiguous situations.
  • Proven ability to partner closely with Recruiters and provide operational support that drives hiring success.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.


Role Details

What a Typical Day Looks Like

  • Coordinate approximately 100โ€“150 interviews per week, with volumes increasing to 200โ€“250 interviews during peak hiring periods.
  • Operate within a direct support model, partnering closely with a dedicated group of Recruiters and Sourcers.
  • Participate in weekly 1:1 meetings, intake sessions, hiring manager syncs, recruiting team meetings, and other stakeholder discussions.
  • Support ongoing recruiting operations while contributing to process improvement initiatives and special projects when capacity allows.
  • Utilize AI-driven tools and automation to streamline scheduling and recruiting workflows.
  • Maintain flexibility to support business needs, including occasional overtime during high-volume hiring periods.
  • Expected workload is a minimum of 40 hours per week, with average workloads typically ranging between 42โ€“47 hours and potentially higher during peak periods.
