We are an innovative life sciences company focused on developing and commercializing high-value bioprocessing products, technologies, and solutions critical in the production of biologic drugs.• Lead a team of Bioprocess Sales Specialist to drive sales process through the territory managers to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets for the downstream filtration technologies, includingTangenX®flat-sheet cassettes, Spectrum® Hollow Fiber modules and benchtop/pilot scale TFF systems.Lead a team to Drive and build strategic plans to drive opportunities for downstream filtration solutions.Drive sales process through the territory managers to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets for the OPUS platform.Knowledge of Chromatography is required.Develop and execute a Global management plan in close collaboration with Bioprocess Sales Specialist, Regional Sales Director and the Global BSS LeadersConduct sales negotiations with technical and planningEstablish and maintain Strategic Key Account relationshipsDevelop new target accounts across the territoryDevelop and support customers as they move through the clinical pipeline from lab-scale to full process scale solutionsProvide accurate and timely sales reporting and forecasting with a market leading CRM toolBe the customer and market advocate to the internal organizationInterface with Business and Market Development to ensure that appropriate product, market and competitive information is shared in an accurate and timely mannerEducation and/or Work Experience Requirements: A minimum of a BSc degree in a relevant scientific subject A minimum of 5-10+ years of experience of people leadership in the biopharmaceutical or life science industries. A strong understanding of Filtration and Chromatography knowledge and the entire bioprocessing workflow is important. Proven successful sales track record of sales and developing new business.

The estimated base salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $178,000- $230,000.

Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
