    We are seeking an experienced project manager to support R&D’s New Product Introduction (NPI) projects across Repligen’s product portfolio. The position will touch on a wide array of Repligen product lines globally. This individual will work closely with a broad cross functional team to ensure projects are clearly scoped, appropriately resourced, and executed on time and within budget. This individual is accountable for project governance, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and delivery. The estimated hourly rate/salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $110,000-$135,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
