Numbers person? Compliance guru? Love keeping payroll accurate and organized behind the scenes? We’re looking for a detail-driven Payroll Administrator to join our team and play a key role in supporting payroll for both W-2 and Union employees—especially on public works projects requiring certified payroll reporting.

This is more than data entry—you’ll be the go-to expert helping keep payroll compliant, accurate, and running smoothly for a company with a strong reputation and decades of success.

Opportunity to grow into expanded payroll responsibilities
Work alongside experienced leadership and supportive teams
Be part of projects that truly make an impact

What You’ll Be Doing

Prepare reports through LCP Tracker and other reporting systems
Support regulatory reporting including payroll audits and tax documentation
Maintain organized payroll records for compliance and retention
Assist with union payroll reporting and OCIP reporting
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies with accuracy and urgency

What You Bring

2+ years of Certified Payroll experience (public works / prevailing wage required)
Experience with Union Payroll preferred
Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, wage laws, and reporting requirements

Proficiency in payroll systems (ComputerEase or similar is a plus)
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

The Ideal Candidate

You’re organized, analytical, and love making sure every detail is right. You can balance deadlines, handle sensitive information with professionalism, and enjoy being the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps payroll running flawlessly.

Apply today and bring your payroll expertise to a company where accuracy, growth, and teamwork matter.
