- Ability to influence and shape thinking of senior business and technical leadership within and outside the Design
- Experience with and/or ability to quickly learn complex systems and landscape
- Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with agile development methodologies, specifically SAFe, Kanban, and Scrum
- Exposure to AI/ML and Generative AI applied to enterprise product workflows
- Experience working on global products in consumer, footwear, apparel, or retail domains

As Principal Product Manager, you will own and lead a critical product(s) that enables the future of Design at Nike. You will lead its long-term product direction, business outcomes, technical evolution, delivery, and adoption. - Partner with Architecture and Engineering teams to align on 'Key design decisions'
- Align roadmaps and trade-offs with peer product teams across CP&I. Represent your platform in cross-org and global forums
- Deeply partner with vendors and technology partners to support prioritization of their features, aligned to Nike's needs
- Push the boundaries of Design Tech by bringing new technologies like Gen/AgenticAI, and 3D into your roadmaps, where applicable
