Job description

Work on high-end retail projects alongside an experienced team and gain exposure to all phases of construction. You'll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility over time and continue developing your project management skills with guidance from senior leaders. Client Details Michael Page operates within the property industry and is based in New York. Description Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing construction projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to maintain project timelines. Monitor project budgets and provide updates to senior management. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and contracts. Resolve any on-site issues and provide support to project managers. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress. Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities and address any concerns.
