    The preferred locations for this role are Tempe, AZ; Portland, OR; Boise, ID. This is a field based role and other locations in the US may be considered.
    Your Role:
    This position is responsible for leading and managing sales activities across North America and Europe for the Planarization Business Field. The Regional Sales Head will lead a commercial team based in the US and Europe, driving regional business growth, customer engagement, and overall sales performance. This role reports to the Global Head of Sales.
    Principal Accountabilities:
    • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Lead and coach a sales team across North America and Europe to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
    • Build and maintain strong executive relationships with key customers across technology, process, quality, and commercial areas.
    • Provide strategic direction to account managers, ensuring alignment with customer and company priorities.
    • Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and new business to secure profitable deals
    • Ensure cross-functional alignment on major bids and supply chain capabilities.
    • Monitor sales performance and drive continuous improvement.
    • Represent the region in global sales leadership and contribute to strategic initiatives.
    • Track market trends and customers need to adapt sales strategies.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to meet or exceed customer expectations in delivery, quality, and service.
    • Remove obstacles and focus the team on high-impact activities.
    • Support escalation and resolution of critical customer issues to maintain trust.

    Who You Are
    Minimum Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or technical discipline.
    • 8+ years of sales or marketing experience in the semiconductor industry, with a minimum of 5 of those years spent in people management roles, successfully leading teams

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Proven ability to build and maintain senior-level customer relationships.
    • Strong business acumen and ability to balance multiple priorities.
    • Experience in the semiconductor CMP industry
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
    • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in challenging environments.
    • Ability to influence both internal stakeholders and customers, managing competing priorities effectively.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

    US Pay Range for this position: $114,900 - $258,000
    The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
