We're searching for an experienced and driven Territory Sales Manager to take charge of the Western QLD Region, championing the well-respected COOPERS Animal Health and ALLFLEX brands. This is your chance to be a vital member of a passionate and energetic team at the cutting edge of Australian agriculture.

    What You Will Do

    As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront: profiling, promoting, and driving sales of our industry-leading Over-the-Counter (OTC) BioPharma and ID products for production animals. You'll build lasting relationships with Primary Producers, rural distributors, veterinarians, and key agricultural influencers, ensuring our solutions reach those who need them most. You'll also be the immediate contact for technical support and product training, energising the region through dynamic marketing and innovative events.

    Responsibilities include, however not limited to:

    • Craft and execute strategic business plans in conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager that power annual growth and maximise sales across your territory
    • Segment and engage both distributor and end user populations with targeted tactics tailored to local needs
    • Drive brand campaigns with passion - delivering impactful point-of-sale materials and executing marketing strategies that elevate our presence
    • Train distributor teams and work directly with livestock producers, sharing your expertise and helping them succeed
    • Scout out new product and market opportunities, feeding your curiosity and fuelling innovation
    • Report on local market intelligence - your insights will help steer our strategic direction
    • Forge powerful relationships with key opinion leaders, veterinary professionals, and rural influencers, amplifying our impact in the community
    • Deliver compelling presentations to customers and consumer groups, showcasing the value and science behind our brands
    • Keep CRM data sharp and up-to-date, supporting targeted digital marketing across the business.
    • Take ownership of your career development, mapping out your training and growth pathway with support from your manager

    What You Must Have

    • Extensive and relevant commercial experience in a 'Territory Sales' related role, essential (Agricultural, FMCG, Pharmaceutical related industry ideal)
    • Sharp commercial instincts and a knack for key account management
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
    • Experience with CRM systems, territory management, and sales tracking: you thrive on organisation and result
    • Ability to work independently in regional settings, while staying connected to your team and head office
    • Data-driven mindset: comfortable analysing sales and market trends to inform strategy
    • Creative, resilient, and ready to make a difference in the lives of Australian farmers and their animals.
