Salary Range: $50,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Mason that are seeking skilled Recruiters. Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure a positive candidate experience and successful onboarding.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in manufacturing recruitment.

Recommended Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to source and attract qualified candidates for various roles, including production, engineering, and skilled trades.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, terminology, and organizational structures.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment marketing tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with an ATS beyond basic data entry; able to optimize workflows and generate custom reports.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their application in talent acquisition.
  • Certifications in HR or recruiting (e.g., PHR, SPHR, CIR, CDR) or specialized recruiting areas (e.g., diversity recruiting).
  • Proven ability to leverage social media and digital platforms for employer branding and candidate engagement.
  • Multilingual proficiency, particularly in languages common within the local manufacturing workforce.
