We are looking for a Sales Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, your teamwill be responsible for generating new business opportunities by developing and qualifying revenue opportunities within our newest sales motion, that prospects into online customers and looks to convert them into corporate accounts.  

You will be a frontline manager of sales development representatives focused on building corporate salespipelineand achieving individual, team and regional quotas. You will partner closely with marketing on demand generation programs and campaigns and collaborate to develop the corporate sales strategy and drive key initiatives to achieve sales objectives.  

The right candidate for this role has experience in SaaS sales at the enterprise level, is a passionate coach, has experience managing projects that have successfully scaled and grown, and a leader among their peers. 

Responsibilities:   

• Manage, hire, train and ramp a team of sales developmentrepresentatives   

• Develop and coach representatives in their careers towards future account executiveroles   

• Lead through LinkedIn's culture and values-be a culturecarrier   

• Proactively identify and launch initiatives to drive both new business development growth and operationalexcellence   

• Achieve quarterly and annual revenuetargets 

Basic Qualifications:   

• 3+ years of enterprise SaaS experience as an individualcontributorwith a demonstrated track record of over achievement against quota OR  

• Experience working with insides sales or sales development teams 

Preferred Qualifications:   

• 1+years of experience managing an inside sales or sales development team in an Internet or SaaS company  

• Excellent communication, teamwork and people management skills   

• Ability to developtalent   

• Ability to buildpipelineand achieve revenuetargets   

• Ability to drive and manage cross-functional initiatives atscale   

• Project management   

• Strong sales coach   

• Experience in the Human Resources (HR) segment   

• Growth mindset and ability to lead through change

The pay range for this role is $150,000 to $229,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
