About the Strategic Account Director Role:
You will be part of a team dedicated to working with our largest global Sales Navigator customers.These organizationshave made significant investments inour technology. Some are 'all-in,'whilemanyarein the midst ofmulti-year transformations of theirsalesforces, including the deployment ofnew CRMs,new sales methodologies, etc.
Success in this role will require you to inspire executivesand help them navigate change, while also rolling up your sleeves with program managers to help them keep the Sales Navigator project humming.You will playakeyrole inleveragingcross-functional resources, including Customer Success and Insights, to make your customers successful.Lastly, you willwork with your peers to co-architect the future of LinkedIn Sales Solutions' Large Enterprise customerprogram andwillbe a keyinfluencer in helping us further define the who/what/how to maximizevalue for our customers.

The pay range for this role is $230,000 - $350,000 OTE. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
