  • You will collaborate with reliability and operations teams to identify and resolve long-term asset issues and reliability threats
  • Analyze data from various sources to recommend and justify life-cycle cost and reliability improvements
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis for major failures to prevent recurrence
  • Support engineering, design, specification, and execution of projects to maximize reliability and operability
  • Further, you will review and update Standard Maintenance and Operating procedures
  • Conduct and assist with Reliability Assessments of facilities and equipment
  • Apply Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous reliability improvements
  • Support the setup of new facilities and reliability programs
  • Lead key reliability programs and initiatives to enhance asset performance
  • Also, you will assist in identifying critical spares and creating Bills of Materials for essential assets
  • This position typically requires approximately 20-25% traveldomestically. Accessibility during off-hours (laptop and cell phone) isoccasionally required.
