Ready to help shape the future of a leading executive search and recruiting firm? Lunova Group is seeking a highly strategic, relationship-driven, and proactive Learning and Development Manager to join our team in Moon Township, PA.

This highly visible role will maintain a strong pipeline of top talent while building programs that support employee growth, leadership development, and long-term success. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong talent or recruiting background who enjoys identifying top talent, developing people, and thinking outside of the box to create programs that strengthen culture and performance.

Success in this role requires someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and taking ideas from concept through execution, while partnering with leadership along the way. At Lunova, we believe success starts with understanding people—all while delivering results, supporting one another, and having fun along the way.

Want to get a feel for our culture and what it’s like to be part of the team? 🎥 Check out this quick video! Who We Are

What You’ll Do:

Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Development

  • Lead internal recruiting efforts from screening through onboarding.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines by continuously identifying, networking with, and engaging both passive and active candidates.
  • Establish relationships with universities, professional organizations, recruiting partners, and industry networks to strengthen future talent pipelines.
  • Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs, succession planning opportunities, and long-term workforce strategies.
  • Create and refine recruiting processes, reporting, and talent analytics that support growth, operational excellence, and hiring effectiveness.

Learning, Development, and Organizational Growth

  • Lead Lunova’s internal training, onboarding, and employee advancement programs.
  • Develop training materials, employee resources, process documentation, and performance frameworks that promote consistency, accountability, and scalability.
  • Coordinate workshops, guest speakers, coaching initiatives, and other learning opportunities that support professional and personal development.
  • Partner with team members across the organization to establish career goals, leadership opportunities, and individual growth plans.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to ownership and leadership on talent strategy and workforce planning.
  • Support team engagement, retention, and culture-building efforts that reinforce Lunova’s values and strengthen the employee experience.
  • Measure the effectiveness of onboarding, training, and employee initiatives through feedback and key performance metrics.

Client Consulting & Talent Solutions

  • Design and deliver talent-focused programs for clients, including onboarding, interviewing, leadership development, succession planning, and workforce readiness initiatives.
  • Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, job description optimization, and other talent advisory services that help organizations attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop and manage outplacement and career transition programs, providing individuals with guidance on resumes, interviewing, job search strategies, and career planning.
  • Partner with ownership to identify workforce challenges and opportunities to expand Lunova’s client service offerings.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting leadership, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success building proactive recruiting pipelines, attracting high-quality talent, and creating or improving onboarding, training, employee development, or leadership development programs.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to take ownership, challenge the status quo, and move ideas from concept through execution.
  • A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving, with the ability to wear multiple hats, adapt to changing priorities, and step in wherever needed to drive results.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and networking skills, with the ability to cultivate partnerships through industry events, professional organizations, universities, and other talent-attraction channels.
  • Established professional networks within the industries Lunova serves—including building services, construction, engineering, HVAC, industrial, professional services, or related industries—are a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms is preferred.
