Location: Palo Alto, CA (Hybrid or NYC office) or US Remote, possible.

With Celeste, Intapp’s new agentic AI platform, the vision extends to profitability intelligence, fully automated time tracking, and new billing models built for an AI‑driven world.
What You Will Do- Own and evolve the positioning, messaging, and market narrative as Intapp Time transforms from timekeeping to profitability intelligence.
- Develop thought leadership programs and integrated marketing campaigns that reshape how firm leaders view time, profitability, and AI.
- Oversee product releases end‑to‑end, from narrative development and competitive positioning through enablement materials, pitch decks, demos, and integrated campaigns.
- Shape packaging, pricing, and commercial strategy for new Celeste‑powered features, partnering with Product, Sales, and Finance to design offers that drive adoption.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure market insights, buyer feedback, and competitive dynamics inform roadmap priorities and differentiation.
- Drive market credibility through analyst engagement, customer success stories, ROI analyses, and proof points that demonstrate measurable business impact.
- 8+ years of B2B product marketing or related experience; experience in product management, strategy, or GTM roles is acceptable.
- Strong business acumen: quick learning of markets, identifying competitive growth levers, and articulating future category direction.
- Exceptional storytelling: connecting technical capabilities to business outcomes and creating thought leadership that shifts market perception.
- Experience shaping packaging, pricing, or commercial strategy and involvement in go‑to‑market execution.
- Ability to lead cross‑functionally and drive alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing without direct authority.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Domain experience in legal tech, professional services, or financial services is a plus.

Your actual base salary will be determined by relevant experience, geographic location, and internal equity. Variable compensation and equity may also be included.
